Residential construction
We provide the construction of residential complexes, as well as apartment buildings and family houses.
Civic structures
We also focus on the construction of socially beneficial buildings, such as educational institutions, health care facilities, administrative and office buildings, buildings for culture and sport, accommodation facilities and shopping centres.
Industrial structures
Our portfolio also includes the development of industrial halls and complexes, warehouses, agricultural buildings, logistics centres and company facilities.
Specialised centres
Our company, GEMO a.s., also focuses on parts of buildings and selected trades through specialised company centres. We are also able to carry out these activities independently, without being part of a comprehensive general construction delivery.
Logistics park
We have our own logistics park in Hněvotín near Olomouc, where there are facilities for road transport, armouring, storage areas for building and formwork materials, production areas and also office space.
