Particularities

The modern nine-storey office building of a former tool shop (Nářaďovna) is the very first project on the Zbrojovka brownfield near the centre of Brno. The industrial character of the 100 x 40-metre building has been preserved after radical redevelopment work. The division of the interior space offers unusually flexibly designed offices on one classic floor and three loft floors. This successful conversion has also resulted in an impressive entrance lobby with a central reception, a dining room, a shop, fitness facilities and a bicycle shed. The creatively designed roof terrace covers an area of 800 m². The building meets the highest quality demands for a working environment and meets high standards of environmental certification.
