GEMO a.s. is one of the major players in the civil engineering segment of the Czech and Slovak construction markets.
As a general contractor, we implement timeless modern and environmentally friendly design projects from start to finish in the field of residential construction, large-scale office and shopping centres, and industrial buildings in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. For some construction projects, we are also the direct developers and investors.
Stability and prosperity
From a regional company founded in Olomouc, we have gradually developed into one of the largest companies in the field of civil engineering in the Czech Republic.
As one of the few companies of such size, we remain entirely in the hands of Czech owners. We are part of the financially strong and stable GEMO holding group, which also includes a subsidiary with operations in Slovakia, GEMO SLOVENSKO, spol. s r.o., and our own development company GEMO DEVELOPMENT, spol. s r.o., a member of the GEMO Group.
