New production hall and administration building for Clean4you, s.r.o. – phase I., Hněvotín

Phase 1 of the production hall and administration building project for Clean4you, s.r.o. in Hněvotín outside Olomouc includes the construction of the administration building,  the production hall, garages for vans and a handling area, including a parking lot and the preparation of the land for the construction of a warehouse. The group of buildings has been designed to conform to the scale and architecture of the surrounding development and the terrain to the greatest possible extent. The third floor of the three-storey building is recessed so that the building corresponds as much as possible to the surrounding landscape, thus downplaying the building’s height. The administration building is a three-storey structure. Barrier-free, the first floor is intended for formal purposes and features the reception desk, meeting rooms for welcoming visitors and the company’s technical facilities. The second and third floors have offices for company management and employees, including amenities. The administration building is connected to the production hall by a corridor, thus eliminating the necessity of leaving the building to access production. The production hall, which is divided into manufacturing and storage spaces, will hold a shipping section, metal-working and welding workshops and restrooms and locker rooms for employees, including a break area.
